What’s the difference between the RTD and BWA delivery models?
RTD (Ready-to-deploy): We already have working teams, built by their expertise, skills and experience for your needs. On request, we assemble and give you the team, and you can talk to each one and manage the project yourself. On demand, we can take full responsibility instead, managing the project while you give instructions to a team leader, and talk to a designator for business with Automindix. The team becomes your internal squad.
BWA (Build With Automindix): We deliver the task as a service agency. Our in-house team of engineers does the work, and you talk to one person, our project manager. Automindix is responsible 100%.
Can I get more than one team, and how many talents per team?
Yes, you can get more than one team at a time.
Your task or project determines the number of team members, based on the combination of skills, expertise and experience required. You can request more or less.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends solely on your project scope, the number of team members required, and considerably your budget.
We can work on either a one time project fee or contract payments for ongoing projects.
Who handles the payments?
We do. For both models, Automindix is responsible for the remuneration of its talents. Your work is to give instructions on what needs to be done.
